Tahoma is a relatively new hop verity that was introduced to the brewing world in 2013. While many brewers say this verity is "Cascade Like", I find it to be a more unique, with a spicy floral finish. This ale has a nice biscuit body that pares well with the Tohomas floral flavor. Though it's an easy drinker, the hop profile and malts build some nice layers of flavor.

Note: For best results, keep hops and yeast in refrigerated or cold storage until you are ready to brew your recipe. Liquid yeast is more fragile and must be treated with care until brew day. Keep refrigerated until you your ready to make a starter or pitch to your brew.
